2. Return Eligibility

Return Window: You may return your item(s) within 1 day of receiving your order.

Condition (only in case of damage) : To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of damaged needs to be submitted to us within 24 hours at infinitesparkleindia@gmail.com. Items that show signs of wear or alteration are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or Personalized Items: Any item that has been customized or personalized to your specifications.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

4. Return Process

Initiate a Return (Only incase of damage) : To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of damaged needs to be submitted to us within 24 hours at infinitesparkleindia@gmail.com. Items that show signs of wear or alteration are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
