Refunds and Cancellations Policy for Infinite Sparkle Jewels

Order Cancellation: 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all details are accurate before finalizing your purchase.

Returns:

- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged upon receipt.

- personalised or custom orders are not eligible for return.

- Time Frame: Any damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

- Proof of Damage: To initiate a return, you must email us at infinitesparkleindia@gmail.com with video and photo evidence of the damage.

Return Process:

1. Approval: After receiving your proof of damage, we will review the information and approve the return if it meets our criteria. This will be done within 2 working days.

2. Return Pickup: Upon approval, we will arrange for a return pickup at no extra cost to you.

3. Refunds: Refunds are provided in the form of store credits only. The credit will be applied to your account immediately after we receive the returned item and it is approved for cancellation.
